Thomas Grossner leads Technical Testing Technologies with a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and true third-party independence. He founded Technical Testing Technologies to bring reliable, specification-driven testing to the building-envelope industry—helping project teams verify membrane integrity, assess moisture conditions, and prevent costly failures.
With hands-on field experience and a deep understanding of industry standards, Grossner oversees Technical Testing Technologies’ full range of services, including electronic leak detection, moisture mapping, flood testing, roofing moisture surveys, and concrete moisture and surface assessments. He is known for practical problem-solving, clear documentation, and a strong focus on helping owners, architects, and contractors meet complex project requirements.
Today, Grossner continues to expand Technical Testing Technologies’ capabilities with advanced technologies and specialized inspection programs, ensuring every project receives precise, dependable testing support.
